We give finder's fees to Agents and Realtors ^TM 

This is our attitude:

Many buyers can not get financing in our market.  We will place buyers in our homes from your referral if they simply meet these criteria:

• No bad credit for 12 months
• Can handle P.I.T.I. Payment of Full Purchase Price at 5% Home Loan Amount.  Simply do a 30 year Amoritization at 6% for a 97% loan at the agreed on purchase price.
• Most of our buyers have high income and some credit problem.

To be successful with our Lead Referral Fee program:

1. We will pay you $1000 cash for each Buyer lead we use.
2. We must have the lead CLOSED for you to be paid. When the Buyer pays us in full you get paid.
3. You must email us and visit us to sign a "Marketing for Buyers Agreement".  To do so, please email us davebuyslahouses@yahoo.com
4. Please understand that we are really too busy to talk on the phone, but we make appointments to network in person, usually in the evening, starting with an introduction email.
